1.Styrene-methyl methacrylate copolymer (MS)
Made of 70% styrene and 30% methyl methacrylate copolymer, the copolymer's light transmittance is better than PS, while maintaining good fluidity of PS.
2. Polystyrene (PS)
Together with PMMA and PC, it is called three transparent plastics. Its optical performance is worse than PMMA, but the moisture absorption rate is low, and the weather resistance of PS products is poor. It will turn yellow and turbid after long-term storage and exposure to sunlight.
3. Polycarbonate (PC)
It is a transparent engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive performance, and the optical performance of PC is only lower than that of PMMA. But heat and cold resistance, in the range of -135-120 degrees can maintain stable mechanical properties.
4. Styrene acrylonitrile is often abbreviated as AS and SAN
It contains acrylonitrile monomer with a mass fraction of 20%-30%, and the rest is copolymerized with styrene monomer.
